Oh, my Beloved F Squad!  We traveled the world together. We did life together. We built each other up and spoke truth over each other and delivered hard feedback. We slept in tents in the freezing cold/ rain and the sweat-dripping-from-everywhere hot climates. We conquered fears, walked through healing, developed ears to hear the Lord’s voice, grew in giftings, and worshiped together. We abandoned home and comforts to obey the Lord in whatever He would have for us on this journey. We freakin did it!!! That’s something worth celebrating!  

As I grieve the loss of this intense family and community I’m grateful to call my own, I want to celebrate each one of you and what you represent of the Lord’s character. You each are truly amazing humans and I am so grateful the Lord handcrafted each one of us to do this journey together. We will always be bonded by this year of boldness, growth, and love. So, here’s to you F squad and each member that comprises it!  This is what I see in you, beloved squadmates.

Emily: advocate for the least of these, bold and fearless, befriender of all

Hannah: leads with humility, welcoming comfort, obedient despite the cost

Heather: loves the unseen, patient to a fault, brave, bold, and beautiful

JLo: walks humbly with grace, rooted faith, giggle that lights up the room

Jess: unbelievably talented, date nights with Jesus, noticer of beauty everywhere

Jon: pursuer of those society abandons, bold witness, contagious laughter

Kelly: loves like Jesus, mischievous orb of fun, walks in truth, obedience, and humility

Kierra: overcomer, freely gives out love, in tune with the Spirit, so gifted

Kimberly: loyal confidante, humble in her giftings, clothed with grace, wisdom, and truth

Krista: relentless curiosity, trusted companion, finder of joy amidst the chaos

Kep: melodic voice, perseveres to the end, employs giftings to bless others

Lindsay: leads with vulnerability, hope shimmering, steadfast and grace-giving

Margaret: joy enveloping those in her midst, humble discernment, bold and constant

Mya: comforter of souls, in love with Jesus, passion, joy, and youth

Nicole: capturer of memories, sits with the Father as a priority, beautiful and gifted

Rebecca: bold speaker of truth, overcomer and fighter, receives love and gives it freely

Taylor: vulnerability that allows others to open up, passionately loves the difficult, edifies boldly

Vanessa: unashamedly herself, genuine, hilarious, gifted, world changer

Viktoriya: in communion with the Father, heavenly mindset, strong, bold, patient, joy bursting forth
